What is Alternative Fuel & Raw-Material (AFR)?


Alternative Fuels & Raw-Materials (AFR) use carbon-neutral fuels to substitute conventional fossil fuels, such as local lignite and imported hard coal to reduce energy consumption, costs and minimize the impact on the planet ‐ all while maintaining consistent product quality. The various waste-derived fuels that are being used as alternatives come from waste treatment facilities. The AFR offered by Panacea comes with an advanced waste management system.

Substitution Benefit (SB)

Substituting conventional fuels like Coal, Petcoke, HFO, etc., with alternate/waste derived fuels (WDF) including liquid hazardous combustible wastes (HCW) shall cut down the energy cost.
