Panacea™

Panacea™ is an engineered fuel that is a manufactured product with a commercial application utilized as a coal substitute in a combustion unit where coal is burned. This alternate energy source is manufactured from various non-hazardous industrial and commercial materials, which hold no value and has historically been disposed of in landfills.

Our Solution

Keeping in view of the global issue of environmental impact by the wastes released from several industries, Panacea™came up with different solutions. We offer secure, end of life solutions for low-value plastics, cardboard, and paper that are difficult to recycle. Our unique process produces a clean energy product that can be used by large furnaces or kilns as an alternative to burning coal.

About Us

We are pleased to introduce Panacea Enviro Private Ltd, a group company of PH1 Industries, approved by Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.

  • We have rich hands-on experience in:
    • Handling hazardous wastes in solid, semi-solid & liquid state
    • Pre-processing i.e. converting waste to usable forms like alternative fuels or raw materials for use in cement manufacturing process &
    • Transportation of hazardous wastes.

We are launching an AFRF (Alternative Fuels & Resources) facility at Cheyyar SEZ in Tamil Nadu, where various types of wastes will be handled & pre-processed using sophisticated equipment. This scientifically designed facility will be equipped with all necessary safety aspects including product transport to end users (cement plants) as per hazardous waste handling & transportation guidelines of CPCB and the Motor Vehicles Act.

On one hand this facility would help the industries to dispose their wastes in a safe and environment friendly manner, while on the other hand, the energy and mineral content of the waste can be recovered, thus reducing the overall carbon footprint.
